The Karens will all be complaining on Facebook about all the infections being brought in exclusively by people from “out of state”.

Or else, just  endlessly copy-pasting “stay home” under every article even tangentially related to COVID, either way.

Yeah, no kidding. Fortunately that variant of Karen will mostly ignore the license plate as coming from another US state, more so since it hangs on an American-make car. I can imagine the complaints otherwise, though:

- “Let’s go get some takeout.” - “Stay home!”

- “It’s allergy season again, I need to get some medicine.” - “Stay home!”

- “I can’t breathe!” - “Stay Home!”

- “Help! I’ve fallen and I can’t get up!” - “STAY HOME!”

- "My anus is bleeding!" - "STAY HOME!"
